I’m Ezra Gonzalez, and I’ve spent 10+ years building websites, marketing systems, and business infrastructure for business owners. The last several years have been focused exclusively on one niche: luxury watch dealers and high-end custom jewelers.

How I Ended Up Building More Watch Dealer Websites Than Anyone

It started with one watch dealer who needed a website. He was running his entire business through Instagram DMs and Chrono24 listings. He had the inventory, the reputation, and the clients — but no real online presence. I built him a Squarespace site that let him upload watches in under a minute, accept deposits online, and look as premium on the web as he did in person.

He told another dealer. That dealer told two more. Within a year, I had built 20 watch dealer sites. I started noticing the same problems everywhere: bad sites, no marketing, and platforms taking 8-13% of every sale. These guys were losing thousands on every transaction and had no direct way to reach buyers.

I decided to fix that.

So I went all in on the niche. I stopped taking general web design clients and focused 100% on luxury watch dealers and jewelers. I learned the market inside and out — how dealers source inventory, how buyers search, what converts, and what doesn’t. Every site I build now is informed by everything I’ve learned from the 60+ before it.
