Privacy Policy

Watch Dealer Websites is operated by EZRAAG LLC in San Diego, California (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what information I collect when you visit watchdealerwebsites.com or work with me, and what I do with it. The short version: I only collect what I need to reply to you and build your site, and I never sell it.
What I collect
- What you send me. Your name, dealership, phone number, email and message when you use the contact form, or anything you send by text, call or email.
- Project details. If we work together: your questionnaire answers, logo, photos, policies, inventory details and the account access I need to build and launch your site.
- Payment records. Invoices and payment confirmations. Card payments are handled by Stripe — I never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data. Pages visited, time on site, referring site, device and browser type, collected by analytics tools. It isn’t used to identify you personally.
How I use it
- To reply to you and quote your project.
- To build, launch and support your website.
- To send invoices and keep business and tax records.
- To understand how the site is used so I can improve it.
I don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who else handles it
A few services help me run the business. Each only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to my inbox.
- Supabase stores project questionnaires.
- Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics measure site traffic.
- Stripe processes card payments; Zelle payments go through your bank.
- Shopify or Squarespace host the sites I build. Your store account is in your name and covered by their own privacy policies.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits. Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. I don’t use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
How long I keep it
Messages and project files are kept for as long as we’re working together and afterwards as needed for support, warranty work and business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, unless I’m required to keep it — for example, payment records for taxes.
Your rights
Under California law (CCPA), you can ask to know what personal information I have about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and exercise these rights without being treated differently. I don’t sell or share personal information for advertising, so there’s nothing to opt out of — but you can still ask. Text or email me using the details below.
Children
This site is for businesses. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
