Terms of Service

Who I am

Watch Dealer Websites is operated by EZRAAG LLC in San Diego, California (“I”, “me”). “You” means you or the business you represent.

The service

I design and build custom websites for watch dealers, on Shopify or Squarespace. A standard build includes 9 pages: Home, Inventory, Find a Watch, Sell, Trade, or Consign, About, Contact, Blog, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Anything outside that scope is quoted in writing before any work starts.

Price and payment

A standard build is $2,222, the same on either platform. At kickoff I email you an invoice for the full amount, payable by credit card through Stripe or by Zelle. Work begins once it’s paid.

Timeline and revisions

Most sites launch in 30–45 days. You’ll see a first draft around day 10, and each round of revisions takes about a week. Revisions are unlimited until launch — the site doesn’t go live until you’re happy with it. The timeline depends on getting what I need from you on time, so delays in content, feedback or account access move the launch date.

What I need from you

• Your logo, inventory photos (or permission to use your existing listings), your policies and account access.
• Timely feedback on drafts.
• Content you have the right to use. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your listings, prices and policies, and for your business complying with the laws that apply to it.

Launch and support

At launch I connect your domain, set up your inventory and train you on running the site. For 30 days after launch, reasonable tweaks and changes are included at no charge.

Technical warranty

For 1 year after launch, if custom code I wrote stops working as built, I’ll fix it free. The warranty doesn’t cover changes made by you or someone else, third-party apps or themes, platform updates by Shopify or Squarespace, or new features — those are quoted separately.

Updates after support

After the 30 days, text me when you need something. Most small updates take under 15 minutes and I don’t bill for them. If a job runs past half an hour, it’s billed at $50 an hour.

Ownership

Once your invoice is paid, you own your website, including all custom design, content and code created for your project. Your store, domain and accounts are in your name.

Portfolio

I may show screenshots of your finished site on this website and in my portfolio. I don’t publish client names as text or link to client sites.

Third-party costs and services

Your platform plan (about $17–39 a month on Shopify or Squarespace), domain, paid apps, business email and card-processing fees are paid by you directly to those providers. Their terms and prices are theirs, and I’m not responsible for their outages or changes.

Cancellations and refunds

All sales are final. Once your invoice is paid, the project can’t be cancelled and the payment isn’t refundable. Work starts the moment you pay — often before your questionnaire even comes back, while I’m planning your site and developing the concept — so that time is already committed to your project.

Limits of liability

The site and my services are provided “as is”. I don’t guarantee sales, search rankings or that any platform will be uninterrupted. I’m not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost sales or profits. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the project the claim relates to.

Using this website

Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, try to access it without authorization, disrupt it, or copy its content without permission. The text, design and code of this site belong to EZRAAG LLC.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California. If we disagree, we’ll try to resolve it in good faith first. If that doesn’t work within 30 days, either of us can take it to binding arbitration in San Diego, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes

I may update these terms. Changes appear here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
