WatchDealerWebsites.com provides custom web design, development, marketing, and advertising services primarily for luxury watch dealers and high-end jewelers. All services are provided on a project basis with terms agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site

For client projects: upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their completed website, including all custom design work, content, and code created specifically for their project. Portfolio screenshots displayed on this Site remain the property of WatchDealerWebsites.com for promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

WatchDealerWebsites.com and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Governing Law

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in San Diego, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
